Atlantic Advanced Spine & Neurology Institute (AASNI) is a dual specialty outpatient clinic, specializing in interventional pain management and Neurology.

Our expert team of specialists treat a wide range of conditions, including chronic back and neck pain, compression fractures, personal injuries, musculoskeletal and joint pain, migraines, complex headaches, neuropathic pain, seizures, strokes, dystonia, multiple sclerosis, and more.

We have three locations, serving Johns Creek, Suwanee, Buford, Lawrenceville, Winder, Bethlehem, Lilburn, Tucker, Braselton and Gainesville areas of Georgia.

​We offer interventional pain procedures, Posterolateral Arthrodesis using Non-Segmental Instrumentation Sacroiliac Joint Arthrodesis, Kyphoplasty, Vertiflex, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, spinal cord stimulator trials, Botox injections, non-opioid oral analgesics, and functional recovery training. 

In addition, we provide specialized diagnostic testing such as Electromyography (EMG)/Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS), and both routine and long-term Video Electroencephalogram (EEG) studies.
